We use the international quality standard of Accepted Quality Level (A.Q.L. Military 105). It is used in each of our 3 quality stages, incoming in process, and final inspections. We follow customer requirements in setting the quality standards. Copies of all inspection reports can be emailed to insure you have a clear understanding of the results. A copy of the A.Q.L. sampling guidelines can be sent to you upon request.

We encourage customers input when detailing the rules by which each part should be inspected. Often it includes the type of function test / definition of a good and bad product, acceptable reject levels. Whenever possible we use specific measurements to define the quality including tolerances, pantone colors etc.

Maintaining high quality satisfies customers and decreases reject costs.

Lower rejects cost and high quality satisfies customers.

Having competitive labor rates we invest in a high ratio of Quality Control supervisors to production employees. The investment reduces rejected parts, solves problems quickly.

Quality Control Sections:

Incoming – raw materials and component parts sourced outside are inspected before they are put into inventory. Incoming quality control checks and either accepts parts into inventory or rejects the goods if they are not qualified.

In Process - we check parts during production, for example if running an injection machine a quality control technician is required to check the quality of the parts every 15 minutes. It insures we do not produce numerous parts that will later be rejected for color or other reasons during assembly.

Final - is done after the product is packaged and ready to ship. Nothing ships unless it meets the specified standard.
