SCULPTING:

Our sculptors have the ability to create life like detail in each piece. From paper drawings they have the skill to understand the look and style of the piece and match your 3 dimensional concept. The sculpting team in our factory regularly amazes customers with the detail created. We normally send quality digital camera images via email for customer initial approval before actual samples are sent.

PRODUCTION:

Once the sculpting process is finished our experienced production team has mastered each step of the process. Mold makers duplicate approved pieces so no detail is lost in production. We also consult with you to determine the desired product weight and check if parts can be made hollow to reduce your costs. We use high quality resin raw material. Molds are numbered during production to limit usage so no detail is lost.

QUALITY CONTROL:

The Poly Resin production process is highly dependent on the individuals in the team. We invest throughout the production process in quality control inspecting. Q.C. Inspectors insure the team is producing good quality lowering our reject cost, improving customer satisfaction and insuring we stay on schedule. Issues with molded product, polishing or painting are recognized quickly and corrected. Approved samples of your products are stored in protective plastic and brought out when production starts. Samples are matched with the quality document insuring the whole team knows the requirements.

PACKAGING:

Poly resin is a fragile product that must be packaged properly. We spend time designing your packaging to prevent breakage. We use the quality poly foam and corrugated boxes. When applicable we have used plastic blister pack material to reduce cost and protect.
