DECORATION & ASSEMBLY:

Our decoration and assembly capabilities compliment injection molding production. Decoration methods include spray and hand painting, heat transfer, screen printing and aqua printing. We can source packaging material, screws, bolts, etc for complete assembly. Our quality control team follows your specifications to control each product. Our factory strategy is to invest additional resources in quality control for both in production and final inspections. We are able to fix problems quickly reducing reject cost, satisfying customers with high quality and on time deliveries.

MOLD MAKING:

Part quality is highly dependent on the mold quality. Our engineers understand that a well designed mold will prevent problems. They have the ability to study mold designs via flow analysis software and assembly simulation to optimize the design.

We can quote a price based on the drawings and steels that you specify. You can also rely on us to choose the steels and design for your part. When we design the mold we request the following information:

• Expected Number of pieces needed from the mold over its life
• Type of plastic to be used or application
• Size of the product
• Tolerances required.

We then propose the number of cavities needed, mold base and inside steel type. We currently use German, French, Swiss and Chinese steels. We specify which base and inside steel, hardness (HRC) and detail the cost difference vs. cycle life of each option.

As plastic raw material prices increase with the price of oil it is very important you conserve plastic when possible. Upon request our engineers will analyze your parts and see if there are any possibilities for reducing plastic usage.
