Mold design and quality are essential in producing quality parts. Our mold engineers have the experience to design and choose the correct mold material. The steels used both for the mold base and heart of the mold are chosen based on the type / size part and expected number of mold cycles. We regularly improve efficiency and quality with better designed molds made of quality steel.

Your die cast parts can be assembled or decorated. We have buffing / polishing machines to give your parts a proper finish. We can source or you can provide parts such as screws, bolts, packaging for a complete assembly. Our Quality Team monitors assembly and decorations to insure the best quality.
